The Councillor’s Shoppers Surgery takes place on the last Saturday of the month (except December) from 10am until 11.30am in the central Glossop location of the Glossop Market Arcade.
Available at the shopper’s surgery will be High Peak Borough Councillors Graham Oakley who represent Whitfield, Godfrey Claff from Howard Town, Nick Longos from Padfield, Bob Mckeown from Hadfield South, Anthony Mckeown from Gamesley and High Peak and Derbyshire County Councillor Damien Greenhalgh who represents Howard Town Ward on High Peak Borough Council and Glossop and Charlesworth on Derbyshire County Council.
The ‘shoppers surgery’ has no particular set theme, with the councillor’s happy to try to answer any questions, comments and concerns that locals have.
The ‘shoppers surgery’ is held somewhere that you might be passing on a Saturday morning, and if you do have a grumble, comments, questions or query, don’t suffer in silence or rant into the void – please let us know and whilst we might not know the answer, we will know someone who does, and where we can, together we can work to fix those issues of concern.
